Mr. Evan

Instructor

Evan is 18 years old and attends Moorpark College as a Freshman. Evan has been training a Team Karate Centers since he was 9 years old and has been teaching at Little Ninjas Karate for 2 and a half years. He tested for his first-degree black belt in 2014 and his second degree black belt in 2016.

He joined karate with his younger sister Samantha, another LNK teacher, and journeyed through the ranks. He has put in countless hours inside class and outside class to become well rounded martial artists in addition to becoming a well rounded person.

Outside of karate, one of Evan’s hobbies is track & field. He first started his track & field journey as a freshman at Agoura High School. He mostly did sprinting events and was invited to compete at many notable track meets. However, it wasn’t until his freshman year in highschool when he starts to compete in the decathlon. A decathlete is the most disciplined and hardworking athlete of all events, as the do all of the events. Being a martial artist allowed Evan to excel at the multi events and become a physically and mentally tough individual.

Evan will be transferring to UCSD to join their Psychology program and hopefully continue track. Being able to help people emotionally is one of the reason why he started teaching, not just to help people who are struggling, but also pass on his knowledge of Martial Arts.
